Orientation Requirement

 

Orientation will be in person for 2025 - 2026 school year.

It is MANDATORY that a Parent / Guardian / Caregiver attend orientation with their student.

 

Orientation will only be conducted 2 days a week this school year: Tuesday and Thursday at 9:00 AM.

If you arrive after the orientation presentation has already begun, you may be asked to come to the next available day that orientation is offered.

 

Students will not be allowed on campus until a Parent / Guardian / Caregiver and their student attend orientation, and all paperwork is fully filled out.

Please notice Woodrow Wilson has an early start time & an early release time compared to the other district campuses.

 

Student will be marked TARDY if they arrive after 7:15 AM.

PARENTS MUST WALK THE STUDENTS INTO THE BUILDING IF THEY ARRIVE AFTER THIS TIME AND ARE TARDY.

 

 

Parents,

If your student is a car rider, please arrive on time to pick up your student(s). If you are not here to pick them up by the time the bus is ready to leave (before 2:30 pm), your student will be placed on the bus.

 

TC students - Bus stop addresses:

Stop 1: 5th Avenue to the west of the TCHS Tennis Courts                

Morning students should arrive before 6:25 AM

Stop 2: Godard Park (near the corner of 23rd St. N & Godard Park Dr.)             

Morning students should arrive before 6:35 AM

 

The Bus will arrive at Campus to Drop-Off students at the Start of the School day by 6:50 am

The Bus will leave from HBDAEP Campus at the End of the day by 2:35 pm

 

Afternoon students should return to the bus stop between 2:40 - 2:50 PM

 

LM students - Bus stop addresses:

Stop 1: LMHS Parking Lot

Morning students should arrive before 6:10 AM

Stop 1: Food Rite Parking Lot

Morning students should arrive by 6:15 AM

Stop 1: Kroger Parking Lot (Texas City)

Morning students should arrive by 6:25 AM

 

The Bus will arrive at Campus to Drop-Off students at the Start of the School day by 6:50am

The Bus will leave from HBDAEP Campus at the End of the day by 2:35 pm

 

Afternoon students should return to the bus stop between 2:45 - 3:00 PM
